Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at WorkFocus Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their wellness and recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Design and implement intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Empower clients to understand and navigate healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes
- Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a community setting and travel to clients' homes and workplaces
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
