We are seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to provide expert guidance on health and safety compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations align with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

In this role, you will utilise audits, employee engagement initiatives, targeted training programs, investigations, and continuous improvement strategies to drive excellence in health and safety performance.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating the impact of legislative changes and updates to relevant stakeholders
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborating with operational managers to develop and maintain site-specific safety management plans
- Implementing injury prevention and wellbeing programs in collaboration with internal teams

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A formal qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or extensive industry experience
- Proven expertise in implementing safety systems and conducting audits
- A working knowledge of relevant safety legislation and codes of practice
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for travel)
