Plant Equipment Operator and Maintainer Role

This is a permanent full-time position that requires the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant processing equipment. The role involves working on rotating shifts in Australia, specifically in the VIC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as vertical kilns and roller milling circuits to ensure the plant operates safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure site safety.
  • Load trucks and collect samples for quality assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in engineering, mechanical fitting or diesel fitting, or a trade background with good mechanical aptitude. Previous experience in fixed plant production and industrial manufacturing environments is highly regarded. Additionally, the ability to operate forklifts, front-end loaders or related equipment is essential. Computer literacy and attention to detail are also crucial skills.
