Claims Process Optimisation Specialist

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Claims Process Optimisation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Recoveries and Settlements Team, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service and strong cost outcomes through continuous improvement of claims procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of existing claims processes to identify bottlenecks, gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve claim outcomes
  • Developing performance metrics and implementing tracking systems to monitor the effectiveness of process optimisation initiatives
  • Fostering effective relationships with key stakeholders to support engagement and effective optimisation outcomes
  • Providing process training on new procedures, systems, and tools implemented as part of the optimisation initiatives
  • Utilising data analysis tools and techniques to develop process insights and provide accurate and insightful reports

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Motor Claims experience and/or 3-5 years Process Optimisation experience (preferably within a personal insurance context)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and develop others
  • High-level conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions
