Clinical Nurse Specialist Role

As a seasoned healthcare professional, this Clinical Nurse Specialist position presents an exceptional opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with chronic cardiac conditions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CNC Cardiac Rehabilitation team to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient.

  • Provide health coaching and education to patients with chronic cardiac conditions, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the CNC Cardiac Rehabilitation team to design and execute rehabilitation plans that are tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills and critical thinking to resolve complex clinical problems and make informed decisions that prioritize patient outcomes.

This is a part-time role requiring 19 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will possess current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) and relevant post-registration qualifications.
