At C&K, our purpose is to provide high-quality early childhood education that makes a positive impact on children's lives. We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of children in our care. You'll support and guide children's learning and development, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment. You'll work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of our children and their families.

What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

You'll bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community. You'll be a team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to working together with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive work environment.
