C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Arlington Drive. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to children. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and developing and implementing engaging and play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)
