At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children's lives. We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre.

About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of children in our care. You'll support and guide children's learning and development, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
