About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for guiding and supporting the learning and development of our children, ensuring they become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with the team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment
  • Develop and implement programs that cater to the needs of our children and families
  • Build strong relationships with families and the community

  • A competitive hourly rate of $30-$34
  • Full-time or part-time positions available

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card
  • A Police Check current within three months
