We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our childcare centre's operations.
About the RoleThis key position will oversee daily centre activities, staff management, and strategic planning to drive excellence in every aspect of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage centre operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and effective communication with parents.
- Empower Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
- Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's holistic development and well-being.
- Prioritise children's safety and adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
- A recognised Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
