We offer a hybrid work model that allows for a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements. Our full-time, permanent Business Strategy Consultant position will be at our head office in Perth.
About the Opportunity
As Business Strategy Consultant, you'll develop and maintain integrated strategic plans connecting operational performance, commercial strategy, sustainability goals, development projects and closure requirements into a unified asset plan. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining strategic plans for assigned assets
  • Creating integrated plans that align with corporate strategy
  • Guiding complete strategic planning for key assets
  • Applying expertise in cost modelling, scenario planning and capital allocation
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and present strategic insights

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience and demonstrate capability in:
  • Demonstrating keen business acumen and strategic insight
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation
  • Analyzing complex planning systems and technical frameworks
  • Leading multidisciplinary initiatives and maintaining project momentum
  • Executing executive-level documentation and strategic presentation

Qualifications for this position are:
  • Relevant degree (mining/processing/industrial/etc engineering, accounting or business), or equivalent qualification gained through practical experience
  • Second degree or postgraduate preferred (MBA, marketing or business)
