Senior Brand Leader Position
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to drive the continued success of our Cardiovascular portfolio. This key role will be responsible for delivering strategic plans, establishing partnerships, and executing initiatives within the CV therapeutic area in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for our products, including customer segmentation, product differentiation, and demand planning.
2. Team Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with market access, regulatory affairs, medical, and other departments.
3. Financial Management:
Oversee sales and operational budgets, including planning and forecasting.
4. Project Execution:
Implement project management best practices to ensure successful execution of strategies.
5. Mentorship:
Guide and support the Brand Manager in delivering on brand activity plans.
6. Market Research:
Conduct market research and detailed analyses to inform commercial decision-making.
7. External Relations:
Collaborate with key external groups, including clinicians and patient groups.
