Job Description:

The Area Head of LCL drives business growth and profitability in the area by translating global strategy into effective execution. This role requires expertise and guidance to ensure seamless operations, deliver a dynamic product to customers, and meet customer success within the LCL product.

This position is responsible for identifying market trends, opportunities, and customer needs to develop strategies that align with business objectives. The Area Head of LCL must own the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the area, build bridges between Product Development, Operations, and Sales, and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and analytical abilities to drive cost reductions, optimize carrier allocation, and define pricing strategies that ensure healthy margins.

This role also involves ensuring adherence to standard processes and customer-specific requirements, implementing and monitoring standard processes and systems, and managing and improving the performance of the LCL service/product in the area.

The successful candidate will be able to inspire and energize the team, motivate them to achieve business objectives, and drive added value through collaboration with the global network.
