Workday Consulting Services Expert

The role of Manager, Workday Consulting Services is a key position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the consulting management team and their subsequent team members.
Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice. The successful candidate will oversee and assist engagement managers and team members as needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
- Sales Support: Support the RFP response and pursuit process for consulting work.
- Team Leadership: Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
- Methodology: Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- People Development: Mentor and coach; analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain staffing for projects.
- 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading a virtual team.
- Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work across teams to accomplish objectives.
