The Workday Consulting Services Manager is a key role that drives business growth and success through expert guidance, advice, and development support.

This individual will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW's). They work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, acting as a liaison between teams.

  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Assist in identifying project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support:
    • Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
    • Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
People Development
  • Mentorship and coaching are essential skills for this role.
  • Analyze team skills and provide cross-training to maintain teams' ability to staff projects appropriately.
Performance Management
  • Establish direct reports' goals and objectives during performance reviews.
  • Direct the collection of performance feedback from customers and engagement/project managers on a regular basis.
Skills and Requirements
  • Possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, decisive, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
