Senior Workday Consulting Lead

A senior-level professional is sought to lead a team of consultants in delivering Workday solutions to clients. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of Workday applications, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee projects across the practice, providing strategic guidance and support to engagement managers and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs, mitigate risks, and develop innovative solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse team of consultants, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to meet client expectations.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, driving business growth and expanding the company's portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday consulting, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
