About Our Opportunity

As a Centre of Excellence Analyst, you will provide support to the delivery of enterprise portfolio governance forums. You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Centre of Excellence function, including policies, frameworks, standards, tools, templates, and processes.

You will use your influencing and facilitation abilities to help uplift the maturity of Project Management capability within the organisation. Additionally, you will provide system administrative support for project/BI tools, including MSP Online, and provide access to new users as well as training to ensure effective use of tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Centre of Excellence function
  • Provide administration support for the MSP Online PPM tool, iConnect pages, and SharePoint/SWIM repositories
  • Use influencing and facilitation abilities to help uplift the maturity of Project Management capability within the organisation
  • Provide system administrative support for project/BI tools, including MSP Online

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with strong conceptual and critical thinking skills which will allow them to solve practical problems efficiently. A proven track record of analyzing performance and developing initiatives to improve business process performance is essential. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively engage with individuals at all levels. Additionally, the ability to manage competing requirements and meet strict deadlines in a high-volume work environment is crucial.

Applicants should possess a minimum degree qualification in Business or professional discipline. Additional relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable e.g. Portfolio, Program or Project Management qualifications. Experience in a program/project management environment, with at least 5 years' experience analysing program/project performance is required. Strong experience in Project Management and PMO methodology, services, and industry best practices is necessary.
