Actuarial Analyst Role

This is a dynamic role that involves pricing, portfolio analysis and strategy development across various insurance products.

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of pricing algorithms, approach and methodology, including assisting ongoing enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyse insurance portfolios to inform pricing and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with portfolio managers to develop implement fit-for-purpose recommendations.
  • Develop implement and maintain actuarial models.
  • Assist continuous innovation improvement of actuarial processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer team especially Business Intelligence and IT to implement actuarial requirements achieve strategic goals.
About You

We are looking for:

  • Undergraduate candidates remaining in actuarial studies.
  • Currently studying tertiary qualifications in Actuarial Studies Mathematics Statistics or similar quantitative field.
  • Strong work ethic team player attitude commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with statistical software such as R programming languages like SQL advantageous.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI Tableau advantageous.
