Job Role: Energy Assistance Services Coordinator

This role involves processing appointment-based services within the online portal for clients seeking energy assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process appointment-based services for clients in the online portal.
  • Verify and initiate client service processes using end-user software and communication devices.
  • Prepare documents, reports, logs, dashboards, and tally sheets for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
  • Review and respond to complaint documentation, statistical data, and application processing details.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all families serviced by the program.
  • Scan, upload, and distribute client documentation for benefit determination.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of work experience in clerical or related fields is preferred.

Additional Conditions:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including fingerprinting, drug testing, medical exams, and background checks.
