Job Overview

The Energy Services Site Coordinator Specialist plays a pivotal role in assisting low-income individuals and families with their home energy assistance applications. This position is responsible for providing intake services, conducting interviews, and ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently using electronic databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and professional development opportunities for site staff to enhance service delivery.
  • Review intake processes, verify eligibility, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with customers as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability by ensuring staff adhere to guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner.
  • Review client files for integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Promote compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to energy assistance services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or a related field is required.
  • Three years of experience in human services, including supervisory or lead experience, preferably in a social services intake and application processing environment.
