About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complaints in accordance with our established processes, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement that would lead to better customer outcomes.
- Effective complaint management and resolution
- Critical analysis of policies, legislation and expert evidence
- Proactive approach to resolving customer issues
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in a similar technical role, who can bring their knowledge and passion for customer relations and dispute resolution to this position.
