**Job Summary**

This role will see you providing expert advice to students on course selection, employment opportunities and career progression. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services that ensure students receive the best possible training outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer and record all enrolment activities, course progression and class transfers with precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to stay across digital communications and promotional campaigns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office products and IT systems, with experience in Student Management Systems (SMS).
  • Experience in an admin or customer service role, preferably in a VET setting.
