About the Role

HammondCare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Residential Manager to lead our Horsley team.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance of the Residential home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality individualized care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Oversight of clinical care provision, including direction and performance of the Residential home
  • Foster a calm, supportive, and safe environment for residents
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in aged care as a Residential Manager, preferably with Dementia experience
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team
  • Commitment to engaging with HammondCare's Christian Mission and Values
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong initiative, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
