Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support, leveraging their expertise and strengths.
- Manage performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Build and grow strategic employer and community partnerships to drive business growth and social impact.
- Elevate contract compliance, financial sustainability, and service quality through data-driven decision making.
- Embodies organisational values, championing a culture of safety, purpose, and positive change.
About You:
- Demonstrated leadership in employment, disability, or community services, with a track record of driving results and growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and contract negotiation.
- Experience building and managing complex networks and partnerships.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead teams through change, and maintain high performance standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, human services, or related fields (desired).
