You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
  • Developing positive partnershipswith local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities forparticipants
  • Enhancing employabilitythrough referral to support services and training
  • Providing in-employmentsupport to sustain employment
  • Marketing your participants'skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving programperformance and quality benchmarks
  • Keeping detailed, accuraterecords and adhering to all compliance requirements
  • Actively participating inthe local community to promote services
