
Part-time Administrative Events Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Administrator to provide administrative support and assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of events.
Key Responsibilities- ">
- Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth event operations
- SUPPORTING THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY EVENTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE PLANNING AND EXECUTION
- Effective organisational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills with a high attention to detail across a variety of platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and communicate with people from diverse groups and backgrounds at all levels
- Ability to work well both independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)

- Relevant event or administrative experience gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of quality events to internal and external clients
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
