About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Financial Expertise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice on tax and accounting matters. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining technical expertise across services including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory.

As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in client engagements, including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders. You will also have the opportunity to work with a Personal Development Manager on your career growth and personal goals.

Your Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills across the sector. You will also need to be able to demonstrate an ability to keep up to date and understand any changes to taxation law and accounting standards.

You will have solid tax and accounting technical/systems capabilities, strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and a client-centric approach. Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent) are also essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
