Claims Management Specialist

As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of claims and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
You will complete online notifications to the insurer while communicating with members on the phone. You will enjoy the personal satisfaction of helping people during a difficult time in their lives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Actively managing your portfolio of claims
- Responding to member enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Contributing to team discussions and process improvement ideas
Requirements include:
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products
- Evidence of excellent time-management skills
Preferred qualifications include experience in the superannuation industry, particularly in the area of insurance and claims, and a working knowledge of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Regulations 1994 (SIS Reg).
