This is a rewarding opportunity to work with adults living in group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
- Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
- Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport
- FOLLOWING PERSON-CENTRED PLANS WITH EMPATHY AND PROFESSIONALISM
- Building positive relationships with our clients
- A client-focused and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
- Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your can-do attitude is key
- Nsw Drivers Licence (P2 or above)
- Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
- Availability for a minimum of 3 days per week (15–20+ hours) - Available to work shifts between the hours of 9am and 4pm, including Saturdays
- Comfortable travelling to all locations in the region (Wyong, Long Jetty & Umina)
- Competitive hourly rate: $34.59 - $35.67 per hour + Super + 25% Casual Loading + Penalties
