As a Membership Specialist, you'll support the growth of our health fund. A strong customer service ethos and inclusive environment enable recommendations tailored to member needs.

Genuine connections with members are key as you'll help them buy health insurance products. This role allows you to engage with our current member base and identify value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommending and authorising membership decisions within agreed limits.
  • Ensuring escalation for queries requiring detailed responses.
  • Adhering to compliance requirements using standard templates and procedures.

  • Customer-centric experience in a contact centre or back office environment.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and analytical skills.
