We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Membership Services Representative.

This part-time role involves driving an exceptional member experience, building key stakeholder relationships and delivering high-end premium service at all times.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced customer service role, with intermediate computer skills, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and the ability to perform in an autonomous environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving member growth and sales
  • Care and retention
  • Customer service and administrative duties
