Senior Civil Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support design delivery for road infrastructure projects
  • Contribute to proposal preparation and business development
  • Drive quality outcomes through technical review and mentoring junior team members
  • Ensure effective verbal and written communication to enhance client experience and team collaboration
  • Help shape the strategic direction of projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in civil engineering with a focus on roads and highways
  • Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Proven capability in TMR project delivery from planning to detailed design
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for solving complex infrastructure challenges
  • Experience leading design teams or mentoring others highly regarded
