This is a key role in our civil engineering team, responsible for ensuring the success of our projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of site management, from maintaining safety and quality standards to managing resources and meeting deadlines.

About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in FRP, Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar, and experience in concrete, steel fixing, formwork, and earthworks.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing quality control techniques, planning and managing daily tasks and activities, and being innovative and a problem solver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange plant, labour & material resources for the project
  • Direction & monitoring of subcontractors & suppliers
  • Maintaining the daily record of site activities
  • Reading plans
  • High level communication with internal & external stakeholders

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a Certificate 3 in Civil Construction or similar and relevant industry experience.
