You will lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire individuals with skills essential for the future. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an operational framework for efficiency and consistency
  • Monitoring workforce trends to leverage future talent pools
  • Supporting the introduction of a new ATS tool
  • Building a TA function with true partnerships within the organization

As a TA Leader or Senior TA Specialist, you will appreciate sound processes and procedures ensuring quality and responsive outcomes. You should bring knowledge and experience in:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & EVP Development
  • Compliance & Onboarding
  • Interpreting & Developing Metrics
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Developing Tools, Guides & Insights for Hiring Managers
  • Being highly Tech Savvy
  • Championing Creative Solutions

A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, or a relevant discipline, or studying towards such a qualification, is valued.
