Job Description

Lead a team of engineers and designers to deliver complex dam infrastructure projects across Australia. Develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients and ensure the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design delivery process, ensuring that all project requirements are met, and that the final product meets the client's expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and operations groups to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications: A degree in civil engineering, water resources management, or a related field.
  • Consulting experience: Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the dams sector.
  • Leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
