This dynamic role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to drive market share and profitability. Your key objectives will be to identify new project opportunities, deliver compelling quotations and proposals, and maintain a high conversion rate of opportunities through collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strategic partnerships to secure new project opportunities using solution-selling techniques.
- Develop and present persuasive quotations and proposals that highlight our value proposition.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Monitor industry trends and develop strategies to expand into emerging markets.
- Manage inquiries, opportunities, and tender submissions effectively.
- Populate and maintain sales systems with accurate data.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive coverage plan for customers.
- Recommend optimal technical solutions and alternative approaches to customer problems.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales acumen with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a sense of urgency to close sales.
- Initiative and a solution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A background in mechanical or electrical trades, or a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related Business discipline is preferred.
