Industrial Sales Executive

- Proven track record in business development in industrial/commercial sales (property, construction, manufacturing, or related).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with credibility at executive level.
- Self-starter mindset with the drive to deliver multi-million dollar outcomes.
- A genuine relationship-builder who thrives outside of rigid procurement frameworks.
