Nurse Education Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and plan clinical placements for nursing students across our network. This role is integral to ensuring a positive workplace experience for students.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to staff and preceptors in the management of student concerns
- Main point of contact for education providers
- Coordinate and plan clinical placements for nursing students with precision
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A master's level postgraduate qualification with an emphasis on education and training
- Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and human resources procedures
