Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with department managers, clinical educators, infection control teams, and WHS to develop and deliver education programs in line with NSQHS standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical education, with experience in training and assessment. You will be responsible for overseeing student placement bookings, graduate nursing programs, monitoring compliance and mandatory training requirements, and ensuring education meets NSQHS standards.
