Are you a driven leader seeking a challenge that combines academic and operational leadership with student-centric experience?

We are seeking an experienced Course Coordinator for our Diploma of Nursing programs. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the ongoing delivery of these programs, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our students.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide academic and operational leadership to Diploma of Nursing staff.
  • Assist in establishing and managing external moderation arrangements and benchmarking performance against academic objectives.
  • Lead scholarly activities and professional development of Diploma of Nursing staff in their field or discipline.
  • Develop and implement reporting requirements for governing bodies, including ANMAC and ASQA, ensuring compliance with necessary standards.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**: You will have a minimum of Bachelor of Nursing and a postgraduate degree relevant to nursing. You must have at least 24 months' experience as a trainer/assessor. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred. Your background and experience should include:

  • Previous exposure to ANMAC submissions.
  • Current Registration with AHPRA/NMBA as a Registered Nurse with no conditions.
  • Previous RTO environment experience.
  • Senior Educator or Course Coordinator experience.
