Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of underwriting strategies to optimize credit limits for new customers and increase offers to existing customers.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support credit risk decisioning, including customer segmentation and monitoring of behavioural and scenario models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key outcomes on credit risk initiatives and drive business growth.
- Design and deliver data visualisation dashboards to provide business-critical insights and drive decision-making.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Risk Management and Data Science Professional who can bring a proven track record of driving business growth and improving credit risk management. You will have a strong background in data analysis, advanced analytics, and data visualisation, with experience working with unsecured lending products.
You will be a team player with excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. You will also have a strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
