School Performance Manager

Catholic Education Rockhampton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a School Performance Manager. This is a full-time position that will commence in January 2025, or as negotiated with the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities- Lead initiatives to enhance school and student outcomes, aligning with Catholic culture and identity.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director: Schools to drive the implementation of strategic plans and utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Support leaders with performance planning, develop communities of practice, and manage staff training and development functions.
- Oversee the optimal use of critical system applications and data reporting to achieve strategic goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Rockhampton.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner, including some travel to schools within the Diocese.
- Australian work rights.
- Competitive salary range - $172,329 - $191,471 (pending experience) inclusive of superannuation.
- Superannuation Guarantee Contribution of 12.75%.
- 5 weeks of annual leave.
