About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead our Foster and Kinship Care program in Wagga Wagga. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering trauma-informed and therapeutic case management services to children, young people, and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NSW Permanency Support Program and will be able to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality case management services.
  • Oversee the provision of permanency services to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective support plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure a cohesive and nurturing work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
About You

We are looking for an empathetic and caring individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years of experience working with Children and Young People in Out-of-Home Care (OOHC).
  • Experience in working with Aboriginal young people, their families, and communities.
