Job Title: Senior Retail Operations Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Drive efficient store operations to achieve sales targets, key performance indicators, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in sales and value-added targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas for improvement and drive growth.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
