
Agricultural Operations Specialist

As a Technical Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing the national technical services strategy for our organisation. This involves delivering training, research, extension, and product innovation to support business growth.
The position requires assisting in the coordination of research, development, and extension programs, as well as supporting the administration of national agronomy activity, including event planning and project management.
You will work closely with national technical services specialists to coordinate training and support the launch of innovative products and services across our network.
Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating support in strategic presentations, maintaining monthly and quarterly business reporting, and updating internal and external websites.
(i)Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the administration for all national agronomy activity
- Providing administrative support to ongoing projects
- Supporting national technical services specialists in training coordination
- Facilitating support in strategic presentations
- Maintaining monthly and quarterly business reporting
- Updating internal and external websites
You will be a proactive professional with a degree in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness, and/or Cert IV in Project Management. You must have high skill levels in using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, including presentation skills. You must be able to work effectively under pressure and follow processes and procedures.
A full driver's license with experience working across regional Australia is also required.
