Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to enhance the guest experience at our Melbourne hotel.

This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs.
  • Take orders efficiently, make recommendations, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
  • Collaborate with team members to respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including responsible service of alcohol.
  • Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, confidence, and ability to engage with guests.
  • A genuine interest in food and beverage as well as the local Melbourne area.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience in restaurant, bar service, and events is preferred – passion for delivering great guest service is essential.
