Organizational Consultant

The role of an Organizational Consultant involves acting as a trusted advisor and business partner to members of leadership teams. This position operates as the expert on talent and organizational issues, providing guidance and input on organizational design for business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management and organizational design
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions and programs to solve business issues
  • Conduct thorough talent reviews, create succession plans, and develop personalized development plans for key talent
  • Manage complex projects and take a consultative approach, acting as a key advisor to leadership teams
  • Offer performance management and coaching to leaders and employees alike
  • Partner with finance and leadership to develop and maintain workforce planning strategies
Requirements
  • 15 plus years of experience in an innovative business environment
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering programs in areas such as talent management, change management, leadership development, employee engagement, cultural change, and organizational design
  • Ability to manage medium to enterprise-wide projects/initiatives with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on approach willing to roll up sleeves to deliver results

This role involves consulting with business stakeholders to enable the achievement of business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose people-solutions for client groups.
