Job Overview

The People Business Partner function is a trusted advisor and business partner to leaders in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Island markets.

This role translates business objectives into talent priorities and operates in a fast-paced environment with significant change.

This position works closely with stakeholders for successful planning and delivery of talent programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on organizational design
  • Deliver customized solutions and programs
  • Manage complex projects and act as a key advisor to the leadership team
  • Orient employees and partners with finance and leadership to develop workforce planning

Accountability

This role will be accountable for a portfolio of client groups across the market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership focused on a transformational talent agenda
  • Understanding business strategies and developing human capital solutions
  • Leading the people organization to develop and execute initiatives to become an Employer of Choice
  • Providing daily support to managers with employee attraction, development, and retention issues
