Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brand & Marketing Lead to drive alignment across our marketing function and bring clarity, coordination, and momentum to our campaigns. This role will oversee the delivery of brand, content, sponsorship, and digital initiatives for our company across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will act as the strategic link between business objectives and marketing execution—leading cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, and ensuring our campaigns deliver real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Marketing Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver brand and campaign strategies.
  • Lead Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage the end-to-end delivery of key marketing campaigns, centre launches, and promotional activities, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and brand consistency.
  • Provide Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key liaison across marketing and other departments, removing roadblocks, aligning priorities, and representing marketing in business initiatives.
  • Optimise Campaign Performance: Oversee performance tracking, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve outcomes.
  • Support and Develop the Team: Coach team members, support their day-to-day delivery, and help clarify goals, deliverables, and timelines to ensure strong team performance.
  • Champion Culture and Compliance: Foster a positive, collaborative team culture while adhering to company policies, attending training, and promoting core values of Teamwork, Care, and Excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing roles across digital, brand, traditional marketing, and campaign environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and brand strategy.
  • Exposure to managing external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management with high attention to detail.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Eager to expand skill set through coaching/mentoring from senior team members.
  • Comfortable adapting to growth and change within the team and wider business.
