We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for paint line, delivering high-quality repair work, mentoring apprentices, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Main Responsibilities- Mask and colour match vehicles in preparation for paint line.
- Deliver high-quality repair work using efficient methods like filler work and light panel repairs.
- Mentor apprentices to share knowledge and expertise.
- Assist the team as needed to maintain smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in auto repairs (trade certification is an advantage).
- Tech-savviness, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Organizational skills and ability to work at a fast pace.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
This role involves full-time hours Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm, in our production centre.
